“Cabernet” is considered the king of the red wines and has a luxurious style. An intense ruby color flecked purple with a rich aroma of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, dominated by the bouquet of cedar, black currant, violet, prunes and cherries. The taste is full with light astringency and the aroma of morocco. This delicious vintage wine is served with complicated dishes from red meat,veined cheese and different dishes of Moldavian cuisine.
This vintage wine “Cabernet” is recommended to consume after the meal. It is desirable to drink after 8-10 years of aging, when the wine completely reveals its properties.
The wine is served with “Bordeaux” glasses with a capacity of 600-620 ml, the temperature should be 16-18 degrees, in summer 16-18 degrees. Decantation is not recommended, since a delicate aroma of this wine is unstable. Two hours before consumption, the bottle should be placed in a horizontal position without access of light. Pour smoothly, without interrupting the stream, leaving sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
