The intense ruby color produce a complex bouquet dominated by forrest berries, the full and fruity taste captures the elegance and refinement, and gives a velvet aftertaste. The vintage wine “Comratskoe” is recommended during the meal, it is combined with white and red meat, nuts and fermented cheese appetizers.
The wine is served with “Bordeaux” glasses with a capacity of 600-620 ml, the temperature should be 16-18 degrees, in summer 16-18 degrees. Decantation is not recommended, since a delicate aroma of this wine is unstable. Two hours before consumption, the bottle should be placed in a horizontal position without access of light. Pour smoothly, without interrupting the stream, leaving sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
At the international wine tasting in Romania, Timshoaara, 1993, the vintage wine “Comratskoe” was awarded with a gold medal.
