The vintage wine “Romaneshti” is rich with tannins which emphasize the roundness and softness of aftertaste with shades of ripening. The taste is full, complex, with notes of violets. Also “Romaneshti” is recommended as well as during and after the meal. It is served with meat dishes and snacks.
The wine is served with classic glasses, wine temperature should be 15-16 degrees, decantation is not recommended, since a delicate aroma of this wine is unstable. Two hours before consumption, the bottle should be placed in a horizontal position. Pour smoothly, without interrupting the stream, leaving sediment at the bottom of the bottle. The wine should be stored in a horizontal position without access of light at a stable temperature of 12-14 degrees.
