The vintage wine “Trandafirul Moldovei” is recommended as an aperitif as well as during and after the meal. It is served with meat dishes, also combined with desserts, fruits, nuts and noble ripened cheeses. The wine is served with classic glasses, wine temperature shoud be 16-18 degrees, decantation is not recommended, since a delicate aroma of this wine is unstable. Two hours before consumption, the bottle should be placed in a horizontal position. Pour smoothly, without interrupting the stream, leaving sediment at the bottom of the bottle. The wine should be stored in a horizontal position without access of light at a stable temperature of 12-14 degrees.
